We understand shopping online can by tricky, especially with the fit of clothes. If you have any questions about size or fit please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. However, if something is not what you hoped for we are happy to help make it right. Please see our return policy below.
FULL PRICED items may be returned within 7 days from the date you received your item(s), no exceptions. Returns are for store credit only, no refunds will be made. Eligible returns will receive store credit in the form of an online gift card sent to the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded, no exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, all FULL PRICE merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags & in original packaging. All items must also be free of stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.), pet hair & smells (smoke, perfume, and other smells). You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
SALE items are NOT eligible for return.
To return merchandise:
- Please review our return policy and determine if your items are eligible for a return (see above). Items that are returned and do not meet the requirements will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with the original invoice or receipt. Send the item back to us at our store:

- Once we receive the return we will process the order within 7 days. We will send an email notification of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If your return is approved we will process for store credit within 3 days of the approval. The store credit will be sent to you via the email you provided at checkout.
- If your return is denied we will contact you via email to let you know. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to you. Please respond within 14 days or your merchandise will donated to charity.
Please contact us by email or phone if you need to exchange your order. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will check inventory and contact you if an exchange is possible. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please check all items within 3 days of receiving them & contact us immediately if an item is damaged or incorrect.
